By being an English or Spanish Customer Service Agent you will be helping customers in the US over the phone solve their questions while providing a great customer experience. And, of course, you will be surrounded by an amazing team who'll support you along the way!
Don't worry! No previous experience is required. We'll train you so you'll perform well once you're on the job. Our training is fully paid, length and schedules vary by campaign but you can contact us and we'll let you know what we have available for you!
In order for us to know you a little bit more you'll create a short video so we can match your abilities with one of our campaigns. Once you fill-out our application form, you'll see the easy steps and requirements for the video.
Your application process will be as quick as you want to as long as you fill-in your application details and send your video soon! Once we receive your full application and video the entire selection process will take about 2 days until a final decision is made.
Once you sign-up you can always come back and login at a later time to complete your information. Our system will automatically save the information you've already filled-in so you won't have to start all over again (make sure you remember your email and password!)
Click the “Forgot my password” button at our homepage and you'll be asked to re-enter your email address. Then click on “OK.” Within a few minutes, you'll receive an email with a new access code and a link to a page where you'll be able to reset your password.
We're a casual work environment and our offices are filled with people wearing everyday clothes. So if you are scheduled for an interview dress nicely, but comfortably. Leave your suit and tie at home!
